The problem is that my mouse cursor moves slowly and not as smooth as it does when i use the track pad. method 1 was a step in the right direction because it slowed down the aiming movement and i can control it perfectly. method 2 jerks the reticule around all willy-nilly. In gamepad companion, there are 2 mapping methods available for the controller. This is supposed to control the camera, and it does to some extent. In the game, everything works 100% except my right analog stick. Since Hitman doesn't have an in-game option of gamepads, i used Gamepad Companion to map the buttons of the controller to the keyboard/mouse controls. A preference pane with the 360 buttons layout shows that all of my buttons work fine.
I plugged it in and downloaded the driver for it. I bought an Xbox 360 wired controller to play games like Hitman Contacts, Spider-man 2 and some FPS on my MacBook Pro.
